Spooky storytelling sessions will be held in North Tyneside’s town centres this Halloween.
On Saturday 27 October, Little Cat Theatre Company will be gathering shoppers to share ghostly tales about each of the borough’s town centres.
The spooky storytelling will take place between 1pm and 1.45pm at the X-Catalogue Shop at Park View Shopping Centre in Whitley Bay and the former Herbert Brown store at the Forum Shopping Centre in Wallsend, and between 2pm and 2.45pm at Northumberland Square in the Beacon Centre in North Shields.
The sessions are free and all are welcome to attend. Shoppers can join the storytellers to hear spooky stories as they dig into the past about North Tyneside’s history and ghostly happenings.
There will also be a range of other Halloween themed entertainment happening in each town centre between 11am and 3pm including scary walkabouts, stilt walkers, caricaturists and balloon modellers.
