Forum Centre showcase artwork inspired by local icons

25th June 2018

We here at the Forum Centre are thrilled to be showcasing a series of designs inspired by local icons in the North East region. The bold and striking designs have been created by local graphic design artist Christopher Cook, who states:

“Since an early age I have had a passion for the arts, which influenced me to later study the subject of Graphic Design within Tynemetropolitan College at both A-Level and Higher National Diploma and further as a Degree (BA HONS) The University of Sunderland. As of late, I have been inspired by the local icons of the North East region, and their associated history and heritage. This has led to a series of designs (as showcased here at the Forum Centre) representing the old and new of North Shields Fish Quay, Tynemouth Outdoor Pool and Wallsend Shipyard among others”.

All of these designs are available to purchase in three different sizes, with the inclusion of frame and mount.
– 25cm x 30cm for only £15 each
– 30cm x 35cm for only £20 each
– 35cm x 35cm for only £25 each
